Daughtry covers U2 – Sunday Bloody Sunday
Daughtry, one of my recent favorites (watching him come up through American Idol) and turn into a smash hit, recently covered another one of my older favorite bands, U2.
Daughtry’s cover of “Sunday Bloody Sunday” is excellent, and worth a watch. Check it out here.

Glad you liked this version. It’s actually not new though. It was recorded shortly after the DAUGHTRY CD was released Nov. 21, 2006 and before Jeremy Brady left the band in January 2007. Thanks for posting the video! I hadn’t seen it in a LONG time!!!

@IMWA2BZ, thanks for the info. It was actually the first time I had seen it, so I wasn’t sure when it was created. Great video though, and great band!

@admin, No problem! I’m a DAUGHTRY lifer! I recorded this version when it first came out. I’ve played it so much my kids ask for it as the “Yahoo” song since that’s what they hear at the very end! LOL!
